A compact and beginner-friendly espresso machine
This beginner friendly espresso machine makes some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. I’ve tried fancy machines and I’ve frequented many a coffee shop, but I still prefer this compact unit. It produces rich, well-extracted espresso with a consistent crema and it tastes so much smoother than other espresso machines I’ve tried in the past.
Kid-friendly crafting with the BeaverBot C2 Cutter
I love that the BeaverBot C2 cutter inspires independent and meaningful play without all the rules and restrictions. With almost no instruction, kids can easily figure it out, get their own recycled art supplies {yay for using recyclable materials!} and spend hours building and creating without any screens involved.
CES: tech trends in 2026
Thank you to CTA for inviting us back to CES as media for the 9th year. As usual, it was an absolute whirlwind of exhaustion. But, I’m back to share all of the things I saw and did with the top tech trends in 2026. If you love tech, read on. If you don’t love tech and instead want to shake your fist and scream into the void about how technology is going to ruin the world, also read on.
ACMER Ascarva 4S CNC Router Machine
I love the ACMER Ascarva 4S CNC machine and the fact that it is modular which makes it incredibly easy to assemble, repair and update parts as often as you’d like. You can upgrade the spindle to tackle larger projects or harder materials. And, even better, the ACMER Ascarva is compatible with their 5W/10W laser modules which converts the router machine into a laser engraver.
