The other day I realized we were out of peanut butter just as I was starting to make lunches. Instead of having to rethink what I was going to serve all week, I merely made my own peanut butter, right in the Ultima blender.
The recipe was simple: add nuts and blend on low. That’s it – no added oils, fats, preservatives or sugars.
My husband was raving about the peanut butter and how fresh it was, which means I will be making it this way more often than I buy from now on.
