'Tis the season of baking, cooking, and entertaining.
While some years I might dread the holidays and how much time is spent in the kitchen, this year I’m actually looking forward to it. Ever since this bad boy arrived, I’ve been looking for any excuse to whip up anything homemade.
Readers, meet the Ninja Ultima Blender. Ninja, meet readers.
I’m sure you can see from the picture that this is no ordinary blender that merely makes smoothies and mixed drinks. This is a professional model that can do oh so much more than a drink station – this is an amazing kitchen tool that can make anyone a pro in the kitchen.
It may be called a blender, but this is unlike any blender you’ve ever used. With speeds ranging from fast to crazy fast {or 1-10 as they call it} with a 2.5 peak horsepower motor, pulse mode, and crushing and cyclonic blades, this blender can handle just about everything.
Want to make vegetable-packed healthy mac & cheese the kids will eat up? You’re in luck, it’s an Ultima specialty.
Want to make edamame sesame hummus? You’re in luck, it’s another one of the Ultima’s specialties.
Just check out all the recipes for the Ninja Ultima Blender. From dough to nut butters to soups and dessert, it can do it all. I’ve made all sorts of things in the Ultima since it arrived, including dips and starters, main dishes, and, of course, smoothies. I was able to make my famous hummus in seconds, and it was smoother, creamier, and more delicious than ever and I was able to do a triple batch with room to spare in the huge 72oz pitcher.
At first you might think that something this powerful and professional would have to be hard to clean, but you will be happy to hear that cleanup couldn't be simpler. When I’m done blending, I can either throw some soapy water in the pitcher and blend for a bit and rinse, or I can throw the whole thing in the dishwasher to wash, which I love.
But, making foods and beverages with the Ultima doesn’t have to be a dishwasher-filling event, you can also use the two single serve cups that come with the Ultima. Perfect for making smoothies, dips and more, these little 16oz cups allow you to blend small items easily with the included cup-size blades and even have convenient Sip & Seal to-go lids.
Want to make your holiday prep simple or surprise a lucky recipent with the coolest new cooking tool? Pick up a Ninja Ultima Blender today and make your holidays easy, fun, and stress-free.
