We were sent the eufy HomeVac S11 Go for our gift guide with no obligation to post, but we loved it so much we wanted to share our review of the cordless vacuum.
Are you scared of the idea of cordless vacuums? You might not be after you see this brand-new bad boy from eufy. The eufy HomeVac S11 Go takes everything you thought you knew about cordless vacuums and turns it on its head. It is lightweight, high on suction power, and even has a deep clean to go from hard floors to carpet.
I know, I know, cordless vacuums used to be terrible, right? I remember our first cordless vac in the early ‘90s and how awful the battery capacity used to be. They would last a few years, tops, and then they would just stop working, often at the least convenient time. This isn’t that cordless vacuum.
This one is as portable and easy to use as it is powerful. It can get into corners and around furniture and you can even use it handheld for long periods without getting tired. Cordless means you can vacuum each floor, tackle the stairs, and it can go from floor to ceiling with ease.
What is the eufy HomeVac S11 Go
The eufy HomeVac S11 Go is the newest cordless stick-vacuum cleaner from the makers of the eufy robot vac. This new stick vac is unbelievably lightweight and still has an impressive 120AW suction power, detachable battery, and all the various attachments you’d expect from a full-size unit. Only this one can go anywhere, do anything.
The motorized roller brush has a LED headlight, which I love for getting into corners and under furniture. The roller brush is incredibly easy to maintain and clean, and picks up every little piece of debris it encounters.
But, that’s not all. They truly have a tool for every task. It also comes with a 2-in-1 crevice tool, a long crevice tool, a mini-motorized brush extension hose, and it all stores nicely in a wall mount base. Keep your attachments handy and out of the way, ready to grab a moment’s notice.
The dust collector capacity is much smaller than I’m used to, but if you empty it each time as you should, it’s plenty big at 0.65L. Our house is 2,500 sq ft and it can easily handle our space, even with hard and carpeted surfaces.
Three cleaning modes
Utilize all of the 120AW suction power in max-mode for 8 minutes of focused cleaning that’s perfect for power cleaning a room or two. Get quick crumbs and dust for up to 25 minutes in mid mode at 33AW, the perfect setting for everyday cleaning. Or, you can roll on low mode at 15AW when your whole home requires attention and be able to vacuum for an ultra-long 40-minute run-time with the 2500mAh 63Wh battery capacity.
I know you might be rolling your eyes a bit here and wondering just how ridiculous the low mode is, right? I’m happy to report that it’s shockingly high powered for a low-mode. Case in point, I didn’t even realize that the vacuum *had* multiple modes for the first few times I vacuumed, and I still thought the vacuum rocked an entire-house clean.
When I realized it had more powerful modes, I was blown away by how powerful it really was. Even on the lowest mode it tackled my whole house with ease, and then I switched it to power mode for our big huge wool rug in our living room that even our full-size vacuum unit has problems with. The eufy handled it with ease, cleaning it thoroughly and still having battery power to spare.
