I hope you are all surrounded by loved ones and enjoying whatever meal makes you the most happy. As for us, we’re going to be visiting both sides of the family, doing an art project, and eating delicious foods. Doesn’t get any better than that!
Being self-employed can feel really stressful at times, especially this time of year when there are deadlines at every turn and pages of requirements for every project. But, even with stressful days and nights where I never come to bed, I feel an immense sense of gratitude to all of you that have stuck around through the years and to those of you that just recently started reading. It’s through this support that I’m able to make a little bit of money on this site to be able to provide for my family, which makes being self-employed a whole lot less stressful.
So blessed. So thankful.
I am so blessed by the love that is around me, both at home, from readers, and by my friends in my wonderful blogging community. I’ve made some of the very best friends in the past decade of blogging, and I love all the bloggers I’ve never even met IRL, those I’ve met at events and conferences, as well as the Seattle blogging community. I truly couldn’t do this alone and am so thankful to have all this support and encouragement. So, from me to you I say, thank you.
