If you shop Bellevue and have never been to the Living Computers: Musuem + Lab in Seattle, you’re in for a treat this holiday season. Stop into the Bellevue store for an interactive and hands-on exhibit where you can play with electronic flowers and send a hands-free tweet just by sitting.
Where we were
Hotel Indigo Seattle has finally opened in Everett, WA and we got to check out the hotel during the grand opening celebration. See what kinds of shenanigans we get into when we take ourselves on a self-guided tour of the property.
I love Fremont, and I don’t think I will ever get tired of walking around the area. This is especially true on Sundays. Yes, Sundays… the day it seems like everything is closed even though everyone has the day off. But, Fremont shines on Sundays.
Seattle, get ready for 6 weekends of thrills + 66 additional hours of terror. Wild Waves and Enchanted Village Theme Park has unveiled it’s newest Fright Fest, and this year includes activities for the whole family. Fright Fest runs now thru Nov 2 so there’s plenty of time to get your scare on.
If you’re looking for a great date night, a family experience, or the best team building activity in the Seattle area, look no further than High Trek Adventures in Everett, WA. Located approximately 20 minutes north of Seattle, High Trek is an aerial adventure park that boasts two ropes courses, 3 ziplines that circumvent the park, and over 60 aerial elements that will have you climbing, balancing, and swinging from heights of anywhere from 15 to 50 feet.
During our recent visit to Anacortes, WA we stumbled upon the Cap Sante Park while looking for a short hike to do with the kids. We had talked about just heading back to the hike we did in Mount Vernon and then saw a small picture of Cap Sante and was sold. Honestly though, pictures don’t even do it justice. Cap Sante is a magical little place with a view of Fidalgo Bay that is to die for.
Fall and summer in Seattle may get all the glory, but spring around the Seattle area is something quite spectacular, too. With flowers, greenery, and gorgeous light, babies animals to visit, enjoyable beaches, and road trips galore, there’s so much to see and do during a Seattle spring.
It’s time for tulips, Washington State! It’s one of my favorite spring traditions and this year we got lucky and somehow missed all the crowds and almost had the field to ourselves.
Remember last year when I was bragging that I survived my first CES? Well, it lured me in again with its promises of seeing the latest and greatest tech, with all…
The holiday spirit has hit our house hard, and we’re all full of holiday cheer. This means it’s time to schedule all the Seattle area events, and top of that…
