Best of CES: Tech in 2020
The Consumer Electronics Show was packed full of new {and improved} technology that will be making its way to retail this year. I’m sharing my favorite finds from on the floor, events, and parties we attended. From Smart Home to tech that you can take with you on the go, there’s a whole lot to be excited about in tech this year.
Lunchbox love: origami paper towels
The new Brawny® Tear-A-Square® paper towels with perforated quarter-size sheets makes it easy to add to lunches and fold into all sorts of shapes – use the full sheet, a half sheet, or a quarter sheet. I may never be able to pull off the themed lunches that circulate the internet, but I can make any lunch *seem* themed by the simple addition of Brawny® origami.
Celebrate this Valentine’s Day with OREO!
My love language? Anything at all OREO. Okay, I’m not sure that’s a real love language, but it should be. So, an OREO Valentine’s Day Exchange Kit is basically made for me. Back to school with new episodes of Spirit Riding Free
I have talked about how much my kids love “Spirit Riding Free” in the past, and throughout the seasons their love has only grown. It’s one of the few shows that they truly latched onto, and honestly the only kids’ show that we have ever loved so much that we counted down the days until new episodes were released. We’ve only seen one of the new season 6 episodes so far, but I can’t wait to experience the rest of the new season with my little super fans over the next week.
Naturally alkaline water with the Shantiva copper pitcher
Did you know that drinking water from a copper pitcher has some amazing health benefits? I certainly didn’t until a few weeks ago. When I first heard of the Shantiva copper pitcher, I was sold on the aesthetics alone, which just so happens to go quite nicely with my copper-infused kitchen and I didn’t even get … Read more

Go Hydro and grow food 365 days a year with Root Farm
Never heard of hydroponic gardening? Hydroponics {which means “working water” in Latin} is a great way to grow clean, strong plants, indoors or out, 365 days a year. Hydro gardening is different than traditional gardening in that plants are grown above ground and without soil, using a water-based nutrient solution and a growing media. You control the growing environment so it’s easier to give plants the nutrients they need to thrive.
Fail-proof cooking with Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker
I’m a chronic over-cooker. I know this about myself and still I find that at least a few times a year I over cook to the point of being inedible because I get distracted with kids and life and leave food in too long. My husband is a chronic under-cooker. Which is understandable because he … Read more
