To make your own self rising flour:
2 cups flour: add 1 tbsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt.
3 cups flour: add 1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp. salt.
4 cups flour: add 2 tbsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. salt.
