Disney fans are beyond excited that the “One That Started It All”, Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs, is being released on Blu-ray and DVD again today. But, even cooler than the re-release is that Snow White is finally available for the first time ever on Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere {DMA}! SnowWhiteComboArt

Now you can enjoy Snow White and her seven sidekicks on-the-go so you can have some Disney magic while traveling or from the whole family’s many devices. Just sign in on your DMA account and enjoy the show with the freedom that comes from having no discs and no players required.

When Snow White was re-released on VHS when I was young, I remember at the time thinking it was a brand new movie, so I was surprised as to why my mom and my older siblings already knew the songs and the story. Even as a kid I recognized the timeless nature of the film and it was clear it had stood up to the test of time.

Since I loved Snow White so much when I was young, I’m now so excited to share the movie with my kids and continue the tradition. I mean, really, it's a princess who chooses to clean a house filled with 7 people that doesn't even belong to her. What's not to love about that? 12439216_10153461705442711_5217260281432677028_n  Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs embodies The Walt Disney Signature Collection’s legacy of animation. In this epic story of love and friendship, Snow White wins the hearts of the seven Dwarfs and triumphs over the evil plans of a wicked Queen. There is a reason the movie has been called “The Greatest Animated Film Of All Time" by the American Film Institute.

The high-definition Blu-ray™ Combo Pack with Digital HD includes numerous other special features not available on previous versions. Bonus materials such as “In Walt’s Words: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” where you can hear Walt himself talk about the film, “Iconography” that explores the film’s influence through time, as well as “The Fairest Facts of Them All: 7 Facts You May Not Know About Snow White,” “Snow White in Seventy Seconds,” the never-before-seen storyboard “Alternate Sequence: The Prince Meets Snow White”, and my favorite, “@DisneyAnimation: Designing Disney’s First Princess” that explores the design of Snow White and how it influenced your favorite Disney characters, and so much more.

Oh, my. Wonder if my daughter could watch it now. I took her to see Snow White when she was about 6 (she’s now 40) Anyway, the movie scared her so much she put her head in my lap and hid the whole movie. Saw about the first five minutes. That I know of, she has still never watched that movie.

So excited for this release. This one was one of my favorites too when I was little and I bet my daughter is going to love it because she just loves shows or movies with catchy songs. Need this one and I also want to get Cinderella.
