Fairy tales come to life with the Princess Rosalina Play Tent {review}

Sponsored post basic disclosurePrincess Rosalina TentLook at these happy faces. These are the faces of kids who have their very own play house to make believe in, snuggle in, and play in. Introducing the beautiful Princess Rosalina play tent from HABA, which is the perfect way to make any playroom {or living room, as my case may be} truly awesome.

At 35 1/2" L x 20 3/4" W x 43 1/2" H, the tent is the perfect size for playing all sorts of games and dress up roleplay, but it's not so huge that it engulfs my whole house, which I appreciate. If I did need to reclaim this space when we were having company or working on a project, luckily the plastic frame all comes apart easily and folds flat for storage {and even has its own bag for storing the little parts in}.

The princess play house was delivered during nap time and I quickly put it together within minutes. I wanted it all set up so it could greet the kids as they came running downstairs. And, as I expected, their responses did not disappoint. Happy kids in Haba tentMy kids absolutely love the HABA Play Tent and play with it at least a few hours every day, which I love. Originally I was thinking about putting it in the upstairs bonus room, but it's so well loved that it has instead been given a place of honor in the living room so that the kids can play with it more.

Whether they are dressing up, playing with dolls, or even just reading, the play tent is their favorite place to be. Open-ended, imaginative toys are important to me and the Princess Rosalina tent has proven to be awesome on both fronts.

Whereas one minute it may be a castle, the next minute it is a quaint cottage, or even a post office, a house, a puppet theater or just about anything else they can imagine. I love that in just the past few weeks since the tent arrived I have seen their imaginations truly run wild and witnessed such awesome cooperative play. Haba tent whispersBut, the best part is that the tent is a quiet area for them where they whisper in lower voices and play quietly together for hours. Whereas some toys inspire booming voices or rowdiness, the Princess Rosalina Play Tent does the opposite. I love calling them to dinner only to find them peeking out at me like this and surrounded by a pile of books that they have been reading together. Princess Play tentIf you're looking for a great way to keep the kiddos occupied indoors during the rainy days of spring, I would definitely recommend the Princess Rosalina Play Tent. It is truly stunning in person and it was one of the best additions we've made to our main floor. Every parent that comes over wants to know where to get one for themselves and I don't blame them.
