I don't claim to be a food blogger and I'm not known for my amazingly elaborate meals, but I do really enjoy cooking and I adore the holidays for this reason. This is why I'm uber-excited about the event next week hosted by Macy's Culinary Council that will bring me face-to-face with the legendary Chef Tom Douglas as he shows us all how to get a head start on our holiday menu prep.
I'm probably still not going to be a food blogger afterwards, nor will I ever understand how people use more than one pan for dinner, but I'll definitely be inspired to prepare some delicious delicacies this holiday season.
