The perfect personalized presents from Bunnies by the Bay

Bunnies by the Bay outfit 3
The first time I heard about Bunnies by the Bay was when I was pregnant with my first child. The grandparents brought her over some maryjanes made by Bunnies by the Bay that happened to be named the same first and middle name we had chosen. They had found them in their travels to Anacortes, WA and knew we just had to have them.

Since then, they have surprised all of my kids with gifts from Bunnies by the Bay for birthdays, holidays, and just because. So, when we decided bunnies were going to be our third child’s theme, it was just a given that Bunnies by the Bay would be how we filled her toy box and her special shelf in her room. Her Bunnies by the Bay obsession has only grown as she has gotten older, and now almost all of her cherished friends are from their extensive line of adorable plush toys. BBTB kitty earsThey really do carry some of the absolute cutest stuffed toys, lovies, blankets, accessories, clothing, and baby gifts for newborn on up. Every time she gets a box that looks like this, it's cause for celebration.

A few months ago, a HEXBUG Nano caught my family’s attention as it scurried across the floor of a restaurant we were dining at.  The entire time we ate, the little robotic creature made its way around tables, chairs, and around obstacles of all kinds.  By the time the meal was over, we were all … Read more

Winnie The Pooh on Blu-ray & DVD 10/25

Have you seen Disney’s new Winnie The Pooh movie?  We were sad we missed it in theatres,  so I was really excited to review the new Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack a few days ago and have a movie night with the family.  Having seen numerous trailers for the release, I had thought the film would be cute, but it turns out that it’s adorable.  If you haven’t already seen the film, prepared to be enchanted.

If you are a fan of Pooh, you will love the classic rendition of the gang and the common themes throughout all books, movies, and stories in the Hundred Acre Wood.  But, what’s really cool is that even if you aren’t a big Pooh fan, it’s still a fun and lighthearted movie the whole family can enjoy.

Knock Out The Fat with George Foreman Healthy Cooking

Sponsored postI love our George Foreman Grill. Even in our very well stocked kitchen it is hands-down one of my most used kitchen appliances for quick and easy dinners. By now our Evolve Grill has seen many family meals and the grill plates have endured numerous cycles through the dishwasher, but it still performs just as great as the day it arrived almost a year ago. So, when given the opportunity to test out the newest contact grill from George Foreman that features a 72 square inch cooking surface with removable dishwasher-safe grill plates, I was giddy with excitement.

With the launch of their Knock Out the Fat campaign years ago that encourages people to cook healthier by nixing oil and grease, George Foreman Healthy Cooking has been on the forefront of fat-reduction cooking. It all has to do with their patented slope design that allows the fat to drip away into an easy to wash drip tray while your food is cooked to perfection, which means less fat ends up on your dinner table. Then they took healthy cooking even further by designing truly non-stick cooking surfaces that need no oil or butter added, another bonus to those watching their waistline.
